在线除气设备、过滤板、过滤箱、转接板 、堵套、热电偶保护套管、流槽

采用SiN烧结SiC弥散微孔透气塞，设计在铝熔炼炉炉床，随熔炼过程，吹入惰性气体，采用PLC自动控制吹入惰性气体流量，并形成沸腾脉冲变化的造浪技术，促使铝液三维对流，减少温差，并形成有规律，无序对流、湍流的搅拌过程，随着气体逸出充满炉膛，从而实现惰性气体保护下的合金化过程，接着进行净化处过程，由PLC自动控制，脉冲形成弥散小气泡浮选除气，达到净化效果。
装备水平及主要技术特性：
无污染环境的废气，炉渣量降低30%。
节约能源，降低综合燃料＞1%，提高熔化率＞18%，减少铝耗。
铝溶体中[H]含量达到当前照规的炉内喷射精炼水平。
不渗铝只透气的耐蚀高温特种材料吹气造浪搅拌，减少电磁搅拌大量投资和运行成本。

福州麦特新高温材料有限公司是福建省科技型中小创新技术企业，专业从事研究开发、生产、销售有色金属行业的高温特种材料和工艺装备的公司，公司研发基地设在福州大学内，依托高校；同时也是福州大学有色金属熔炼新材料装备技术研究所科技成果孵化基地和对外的窗口。

* 高效除杂的双级过滤装置（申请实用新型专利）杂相聚合新理论解决:铝箔针孔度、型材毛刺和减少挤压暗纹
* 防止二次污染的耐材预制品（高强不粘铝长寿命陶瓷烧结制品）流槽/过滤箱/除气箱/分配盘/快速修补剂/涂料
Fuzhou Metal-New High-Temp. Material Co.
