该流槽采用MTX-1不粘铝的致密熔硅陶瓷制作并带有保温板，连续使用温度为900摄氏度，最大使用温度为1050摄氏度。

* 中国第二代泡沫陶质过滤板(2003CO12W福建省政府创新基金）不掉陶粒渣、高强度,高表面吸附性,热震性。
* 高效除杂的双级过滤装置（申请实用新型专利）杂相聚合新理论解决:铝箔针孔度、型材毛刺和减少挤压暗纹
* 防止二次污染的耐材预制品（高强不粘铝长寿命陶瓷烧结制品）流槽/过滤箱/除气箱/分配盘/快速修补剂/涂料
